Cosmos is the harmoniously ordered world alive in accord with the categories and principles of natural law; cosmos is the manifestation of divine will realized within the time- and space-ordered world. Astrology applied to the persons, actions and events of life demonstrates cosmos.
Each person is cosmos on human scale: microscosmos. The living universe is macrocosmos: cosmos writ large. The macrocosm is a living being who is known as, for example, Adam Kadmon or Kala Purusha. The horoscope of the macrocosm is the archetypal horoscope that is a diagrammatic symbol of living order in accord with which the manifest world proceeds.
Cosmos displays the creative variety of its dazzling inner workings through its ongoing generation of distinct forms. The natal horoscope of each person represents a distinguishable yet inseparable facet of the generated and generative whole. Each person’s natal horoscope represents a particular way to realize the whole through the course of apparently separative life.
